If you look through the thread, it has already been answered, but here it is again :

You cannot directly work on L permit dependant. If a company hires you and is willing to process your work permit then only you can work.
I assume for your kind of work, some German fluency may be required, check the job sites to see the demand for your work field.

On a personal note, I would recommend you search for a job here first then leave the job in India, its quite difficult to find one here for non-EUs, also consider the visa situation, currently no new work permits are being issued as the quota is over for the year.
