| My second or third pair of sennheiser MM50s are on their way out, the remote control has stopped working and the volume changes with every knock of the jack. This model only seem to last around six months for me, are they any good (quality) alternatives?
In all cases it seems that something happens to the wire just as it enters the jack.
Must be hands free and good quality, I'm quite fond of in-ear noise canceling type like the mm50. | |

I would recommend the Griffin Tunebuds Mobile. The quality is on par with the Creative EP-630 (little brother of your Sennheisers) and the cord is covered with a nylon sheath which makes them extremely durable and tangle resistant. I've been using mine daily for a year now with no issues.
