In your line (managers, whatever), it's not like IT were 2 years can be a serious gap already.
You've aquired more experience, etc... growing up kids, anyway, so it's not "dead time" for your career.
And employers will be happy to hire you as you're already had kids and probably won't have anymore (=wont take annual leave

)
I'm sure you're really "employable".
