I think "different" is the wrong word. The point is the frontalier zones were
abolished for EU-17/EFTA citizens. They can live anywhere in the EU/EFTA region and work anywhere in Switzerland. Border zones remain for non EU citizens and EU-8/EU-2 citizens.
