Flour = hard/brittle
Butter = soft, cakey
Sugar = chewy/bendy


Vary ingredients accordingly. Don't bake cookies with integrale, use white flour and chuck in some oats if you like.

1. the cookies were very very hard
2. some got stick to the oven plate
3. it was tasting of flour
