I found this thread and Im in a similar situation. I want to ship a few boxes from switzerland to spain and my intention was to use Ikea boxes. Are these boxes too weak??
Besides, I have a couple of suitcases that I want to ship to spain to. Does the Swiss Post also take suitcases as parcels? They are big and solid, I wouldnt expect them to break during the shipping.

So it seems Swiss Post is the cheapest option, correct?
I checked with DPD, it looked cheaper, but they told me I need a contract with them.
