Just want to put in a good word for Axel here.

I know mac-users don't usually have any problems. However, when something does go wrong, it's good to know someone who can provide quick support.

When my hard disk (mini mac) crashed last Saturday - ironically, while trying to back-up data - my "virtual" world fell apart.

I quickly looked up "mac support" on EF and found Axel's post, phoned him and he went to work immediately to try to rescue whatever data was left intact, working also on Sunday. I was impressed with his methods, his calmness and friendly understanding, and professionalism. Above all, within a few days I had a functioning mac again at a fair price.
