British & Deli, now there goes 2 words that don't belong together

But I am sure you will find British people in Delis

Why can't you just open a Fish & Chip shop I would drive to the end of Switzerland for that! Maybe there is one.....must go and search EF now!

Any way....Best of British and if I am ever in Thun I will visit.
Don't belong together ? Possibly because you approach the thing from a wrong angle. The "cuisine" may not be world-leading, but look at sauces like the HP1. Look at things like English confectionary. English teas. English cheese. Whisky/Whiskey (Scottish/Irish). The Pub tradition. Good steaks (I usually order them "very well done / très bien cuit", and after having recovered from the shock, they serve it --- really good ) .

To move here ? Possibly because quite a lot of it IS readily available even if diffently prepared + packed + labelled

The market of that shop ? Sure, many expats, but in reality Swiss people who for a while stayed in the U.K. and learnt to love some British stuff
