really appreciating for your suggestions, it reminds me that i had learned Retail Management during Bachelor and Master studying..actually work in Retail industry was my dream, specially those global branding Stores, like LV, Chanel, or others...unluckly i always worked in IT area, seems a little bit far away from Retailing area.. But now i would like to try to search that area without any specific retail work experiences..i hope i will have good luck!
