My wife and I rent a nice 3.5 room apartment in Enge, quite close to the lake and Enge station.

We would like to rent out a room in the flat, preferably to someone who stays elsewhere at the weekends - but not necessarily. We also have a slight preference for a female tenant. We have previously rented out the room, and it was a very good arrangement.

The apartment is newly renovated, and comprises:
- large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge, medium sized bedroom, and large bedroom
- large South-facing terrace which catches sun
- apartment is at back of building away from traffic noise
- minutes from Zurichsee, Enge station
- really nice!!

I would be looking to rent out a furnished room for SFR1300/mo, with one month's rent deposit. Available to move in immediately. For a 5-day rental, we would consider slightly less rent - say SFR1100/mo.
