Thanks for the feedback WJ. I too am not a fan at all of flavoured cheeses but these are the same raw milk cheddar as the standard Isle of Mull, just reformed with some delicate natural additions, and I agree they are pretty nice! The one you ask about does indeed have a little smoked garlic but then the small round is also gently smoked before being waxed.
