I have read some other remarks, but might have missed this question, or didn't understand something close to this... Started working April 1st 2009, I saw the partial year needs filled in for Switzerland, but what about paying taxes on 2 months of work prior to April of 2009 in the USA?
US income to be reported and added to your gross income. Then subtracted to determine income taxable in Switzerland. Thus your US income does not affect your CH taxable income but does affect the tax rate.
