Lucy, hi - thanks. I did send her a mail (I've read of her name elsewhere in the forum whilst searching for insurance), but so far no luck in getting a response. I'm not really impatient... it's just that next week is the only week I have free before I start with my new job on July 9. I wanted to get important things like this started immediately.
