Did u got any updates how to bring baby in suisse offically??

Question: In order to get the child a dependant permit, can I apply directly with the Zurich migration authorities or does it have to be done from my home country? Also, does anybody know how long it would take to get the permit and visa stamping done AND the mandatory documents for permit processing other than Passport, legalized Birth Certificate, No-Objection-Certificate from House-owner and B permits of parents?
