Is it a VELUX window? I usually see blinds on them. Here's the link for VELUX Venetian, roller, and pleated blinds. I would think that IKEA or Heytens, a curtain store, would have similar products.

If you really want curtains, I guess that you could run a rod across the bottom of the window and sew a seam on the bottom of the curtains.
