I am a professional 30-year-old male living in Switzerland for the past 1 year. I currently rent a 3.5 Zimmer apartment, fully furnished in Zone 21 (Bassersdorf) and am looking for someone to share the apartment.

I am looking for a person who can start from June 1 for approximately 6-12 months. The person would get a individual room and only the bathroom/kitchen would be shared with me. The room is quite big and the flat is on ground floor with an atatched private garden (with a hammock for sunny days) . The rent would be shared equally (1600/2 = 800chf) plus some utility costs. I already have a Cablecom connection and a TV.
