Your best recourse is to use the small claims procedure in Ireland. I checked with them and there is no problem that you are not located in Ireland and as you have the gits location you can even direct the claim to the correct local court. It costs just 15 Euro. | |

I have taken my own measures now ;-)
They will see these acts taken for myself later,maybe they are glad to put the money back on my account
This is just to inform other people that these guys are just silly scams.
Not in the smartest way btw
