The place is very well connected by tram 13, buses 33, 46 and 72 and trains S2, S8 and S14. HB reachable in 10 minutes. Uni Central in 15 minutes, Hönggerberg in max 20 minutes. 2 Coops and Migros 3-4 minutes on foot from the apartment.
