I think it's tragic that you feel that you have to write this, though of course, I completely understand why you did.
I'd love to be able to take your cat for you, but we have so many animals I fear my husband will move out if we take on another one
That said, I will talk to him and some friends and see if I can't find a solution for your puss. Can you give more info please, breed, puce, snipped, vaccinations up to date etc... a photo even?
I'm sorry to hear that you are going through this difficuly period, but doing it now, and not when your son is older, makes it easier for everyone.
