| It a same sex marriage and in my B permit says; Registrierte Partnerschaft.
My B permit allows me to stay but not to work. I have to find a company who is willing to take me then apply for my work permit, which is a big disadvantage. So I am thinking to have my own job which I know I am good at but it seems doesn't work either. Anyway just giving it a shot if someone would know how to get this PERMIT.. Thank's a lot | |

Unfortunately you are quite right about your status and that is you are not entitled to work unless someone is prepared to sponsor you. Note here that your permit is a (more or less)formality to convert into a work permit but it still needs doing. As far as I am aware a same sex partnership has the same rights as a hetrosexual marriage as far as permits are concerned. To this end the easiest way to resolve your problem is to pay 10K to set up a GmbH and then employ yourself through it. Note you can do this and seeing as your partner is a Swiss national you will be given the work permit.
just as an aside, once you have the permit to work it stays that way so that even though you are non-EU you still are fine with respect to changing jobs without needing to go through the usual hoops...
