Whilst in the US I have had the opportunity to play around with iphone. It seems like a fairly good pda and a poor phone. People were telling me that it is hard to hear people without headphones. It is fast and responsive and definitely has he Apple eye candy but people were also saying that it is actually faster to do many things with a windows mobile device.

It certainly has a wow factor and the displayed keyboard is a lot better than you might thing but not really a substiture for a real keyboard.

I would say if you are interested in at as a phone I would wait until Apple get that right.
