Just thinking... Why not just live in Zug? It has all that you say you need, low taxes and a beautiful lake. Perhaps you think it's rural, but it's bigger than you think and fairly diverse for a Swiss town. Look into it and see what you think.

Unless you plan to spend a lot of evenings in Zurich city, you would have to justify the long daily commute.
