Sailing cruises on Lac Leman/Lake Geneva

I'd quite like to organize a leisurely afternoon cruise out on Lac Leman for myself and some colleagues from work. Seeing as we won't all fit in a pedalo, and can't quite afford to hire one of the CGN boats for a private cruise, I've been exploring other options.

I know you can rent motorboats down in Ouchy, or pay to go out in a water taxi, but I'd really like to do a sailing cruise.

Does anyone know if there are regular sailing cruises offered on the lake, or if one can charter a boat (with a captain, obviously) for a few hours? I think we'll be about 10-12 people in total. We're limited to the region between Montreux and Morges.

Thanks in advance for any advice you can provide.
