Offering: 3.5 rooms + garden in St Blaise [Bern/Biel/Neuchatel commuters]

St Blaise,

- large common room, large bedroom, plus study or 2nd bedroom, cellar box
- terrasse of 25 m2 in a large garden (>150m2)
- part of an charming old style, freestanding two family house
- located between vineyards, amazing views of lake Neuchatel and Alps
- free parking space in front of house!
- parkett, fully renovated two years ago, unfurnished
- beautiful light, multiple window sets
- own laundry machine, fire place, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, shower cabin
- ground floor, but elevated to the level of a first floor (no elevator)
- cable connection

1850 CHF including nebenkosten, see www.lepellud.com for videos and visiting times. No animals (dog, cat etc.) The entry date could be earlier or later than 01.10 if required.

St Blaise has two railway stations on two different lines, one to Bern and one to Biel, both within 5 minutes walk.

St Blaise Lac (8 min on foot):
44 min to Bern, twice per hour, runs until late
6 min to Neuchatel by train or 15min by bus #1 or #7
15 min to Neuchatel by bike (racing bike, not motorbike)

St Blaise CFF (5 min on foot):
27 min to Biel, several times an hour

-Coop 5 minutes on foot
-Migros and Marin shopping centre 5 minutes by car

St Blaise village is a charming old village in the French speaking part of Switzerland. The house lies at the top of the village between vineyards, in a very relaxed environment. I live here and commute to Bern while my partner commutes to Neuchatel. Biel would work too as it is much faster by train than Bern. The apartment and the house it is in are very beautifully renovated, and the garden and the setting yield a profound sense of peace. See http://www.lepellud.com/ for pictures of the house and apartment, and its amazing views. The village lies on lake Neuchatel, which is great for windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, biking, and in a 10min walk you reach the lake and the sailing club, which rents out catamarans to members for free!

View from the bedroom window, in winter you can see the snowy Alps! http://www.lepellud.com/ for pictures and videos under the link 'e-visit''

Yes,
two months,
I am not the owner but I could ask him. Would subletting be long term or short term, and then you move in yourself?

Are you asking on behalf of a relocation company? Edit: I see you need something in Bern around 1000CHF. Then it would not be suitable as I think the owner would not want several families to follow each other in short order like if you were to sublet. However, if you wanted something until Dec 31st until you find something cheaper in Bern, I could see what is possible.

With regard to my other post; 1000CHF; thats to cover us incase we can't find anything in time!

I'm asking for myself and my girlfriend.

Ideally we're not looking for a short lease! 6 months to a year MINIMUM....

Ok, well the owner would start with a year contract, and is looking for people for long term. So that sounds about right . The apartment is ideal for young couples (we are too).

Re: Offering: 3.5 rooms + garden in St Blaise [Bern/Biel/Neuchatel commuters]

Sorry, I have the feeling that the owners would not like to have two people sharing on that basis. They are also looking for people who can stay more longterm than that. Good luck with the search
