Hi. A good friend of mine (Michaela) is renting an apartment in a lovely area in Zurich. It has just been refurbished, it is spaciuos, bright, and it is just beside a very nice park and public swimming pool (see pics).
Public trasports very convenient as well.
Only negative point is that it is on the 4th floor with no lift (that's why I didn't take it myself: with 2 small children, it is not feasible).

The price is very cheap (CHF 1571 all incl), and there is a garage (CHF 120).
