There is a forest behind the flat which is a great place to go running or even have a BBQ in one of the picnic areas. The Letten is a 10min walk away, where you can swim in the river or have a drink overlooking the river.
There is a reasonably sized Coop on the corner of the street as well as a number of good take away services (v good pizza delivery).
