I'm a single mom with an 18 years old daughter (+ doggy). I'm Scottish but grew up in Switzerland. We actually moved to London but had to come back for a while and our flat here is way too big for us. We'll be in Switzerland for something over a year and would like to help other English speaking people who'd like to live, work or study in Bern. I know, a lot people live in an expensive hotel for the first weeks and have no idea where to find anything. Maybe we can make your first time a bit easier. But we'd like to know more about you first.

i have a place for now in bumpliz sud, i would be needing a place from 1st october,just for a few monthes to settle in.

The room will be available from December the 1st (or a few days earlier).

I have to add: food is not incl. in the price. I just sublet the room, but you can use the kitchen and our dishes for sure. And you have to pay always for a full week, even if you'd move out earlier. So you can pay weekly or for a whole month beforehand. And we require also a deposit for the key...

We are some easy going, funny chicks. Open to meet new people, but you can also stay for yourself as you like.

Hi there, is the room you have for rent available at the moment?
I work in Bern and would be here around two-three nights a week --and would of course pay for the entire week! My work contract here is permanent so I would be interested in something medium term. Where is your house located exactly?
