It's is an ideal spot for a single or a couple. The bathroom and kitchen were redone two years ago and are very nice. There is laundry in the basement with an open schedule (even Sundays!!).

Two large storage units included: one in basement and one in the attic.

Flat is approximately 56m2. French balcony in living room, but no "real" balcony. Late back apartment building and neighborhood.

Please contact me if you are interested in moving in Jan 1st and if you are interested in buying the furniture we have in the apartment- we purchased it from the previous tenant 3 months ago when we moved in.

Rent is 1,450/month, including nebo. Our cable bill is 35Chf/month.
