The house is in a nice area of Wallisellen: 7 minute walk to the train station, 12 minute by train to Zürich HB and a tram line to the airport and Stettbach station. The Glattzentrum shopping center is an easy 5 minute walk. Wallisellen water world/swimming pools are a short walk as is the sport center with outdoor athletic track, football grounds and ice hockey/ skating rink. Nice cycling/walking paths and close to the forest.

The available room is spacious and light with access to a balcony containing a double bed, free standing wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house has a front and back garden with lots of trees/shrubs, a garage to put your bike/ski gear and an available parking space. There are two bathrooms with showers/bath and plenty of bathroom cabinet space. The kitchen has a dishwasher, cooker/oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, tall glass blender and food processor. The living room/dining has an outdoor balcony with steps down to the garden. Sky TV with all UK channels including Sky Sports and Movies and wireless internet access. The house has a spare room for family & friends visits.

Washing machine and dryer in cellar area with an indoor drying room and outside clothes line. In the house, already renting, are two men from Northern Ireland and one from England.
