Two-room, unfurnished apartment in Oerlikon (Kreis 11) for sublet from late December/January 1 until June 30, 2012. 1,150-/month all-inclusive (rent, heating, electricity, TV license and water). On the top (third) floor and has basement space and washer and dryer in the building. 10 minutes walking-distance to Oerlikon Bahnhof, major shopping and 5 minutes to Hallenstadion and Theater 11. Connected with trams 10, 11 & 14 and buses 61 & 62. Bright and sunny in a quiet neighborhood. Moving only to be closer to workplace.
