The flat itself is great. The 2 double bedrooms are large and spacious and one has its own terrace. There is a bathroom with bath and shower and then a separate toilet. The kitchen and living room are open plan but very large and separated slightly so you do not feel they are lumped together! There is a large terrace leading off of the living room (so two terraces!) There is a large storage room located downstairs in the cellar. It is also includes one private parking space.

Whats even better is we are able to leave all of our furniture (it is furnished very well) if you wish to purchase this for extra, we can do a great deal separately. If you prefer it removed, this is also not a problem.

Location wise, the flat is located 5 mins from beautiful lake Greifensee where there is sailing, a great outdoor swimming pool, nice restaurants etc and views of the mountains. It is also 5 mins from the countryside yet there is also a great shopping centre nearby (google Volketswil, Volkiland). The nearest train station is Schwerzenbach which has regular trains to Zurich main station that take 15 minutes. It also stops directly at Stadelhofen, Oerlikon, Hardbruecke, Wallisellen, Zug etc so has great links. The airport is only 10 mins by car or 20 mins by train.

Rent is 1900 CHF a month total.
