since we are moving back home we need to find somebody who wants to take over (Nachmieter) our 136 sqm Maisonette(duplex), modern and new-built apartment. We will be moving out 22nd of December (and will ofcourse be paying the whole December rent).

On the first floor there is a big living room with a full-wall sliding glass-doors, big modern kitchen, balcony of 10 sqm and even a guest toilet.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms: 2 of which are 12,5 sqm and one bigger with 16,5 sqm attached to a bathroom with bathtub. There is also a seperate shower with a toilet and a smaller balcony of 3 sqm. Separate utility room with washing machine and tumbler.

The apartment is basically on top of Bahnhof Wallisellen but really well insulated. When going to the train/tram on a rainy day there is no risk of getting wet since the hallways and passages lead all the way to the platforms!

It just takes 11 min with the S8 or S14 train to Zurich HB and 20 min to Winterthur. Tram 12 (Glattalbahn) is right next to the train as well. Glattzentrum is 7 min walking distance and 5 min to International School of Zurich North. (The playground can be seen from the upper balcony)

In the bottom of the building there is a small shopping center with Coop, UBS, restaurants, pharmacy, shops, spa and flower-shop.
Everything is within easy reach!
A perfect apartment for a family or maybe even a flatshare?
