A friend of mine is offering a 12m2 room is available in a 4-room apartment in Zurich. Available immediately until 30.03.2012

Address: Altwiesenstrasse 84 - 8051 Zurich

The rent for the 12m2 is 470 CHF/month
  • 1 bathroom shared between all tenants.
  • Shared kitchen
  • Whole flat is 72m2
  • Unfurnished
  • Ground floor
  • Rent includes neben costs (Internet, Zurisack,...etc)
  • 2 min walking to tram station Glattwiesen (tram 7)
  • 2 stations away (at Schwammendingenplatz), Post office, Coop, Migros, Denner and the kreisburo
  • Bahnhof stettbach is 3 tram stations away, providing S3, S9, S12 S-bahn connections. Also has Coop pronto (open 7 days a week, 7h till 23h)

A 20m2 room is now available in the above mentioned flat. Price is 600 CHF. The 12m2 one is gone!
