What is the rent like ( and the space ) ?

Serious rental costs - not cheap - but obviously cheaper than starting from scratch and doing it yourself. It's for a professional photographer (or other creative person) who wants a beautiful studio in best part of ZH for their business. Rents in this area (Oberdorf) are not cheap, and rare studios like this (ceiling height more than 5m ) are rare, let's say the rent reflects the opportunity.
