Hello - is this the going rate for something in/around Lausanne? I've recently moved to Neuchatel for work, however the company are relocating to Lausanne in the next 6 months.

I was wondering if I should expect to pay around this, or more, for a similar sized flat, for something in Lausanne?

Any advice would be appreciated, as I'm very new to Switzerland!

No, you should expect to pay quite a bit more in Lausanne.
This place we have is between Lausanne and Yverdon. Hence, the price is a bit on the low side.
