Anyone looking to move out in Feb/March of next year? I'm looking for a modern flat with at least 2.5 rooms (ideally 3+) and at least 60sqm.

Location-wise, looking for something between Gundelingen and Voltaplatz (inclusive) - perhaps near the old city.
