Would also be willing to share for three months (January 1st to March 31st ) at 50% of the rent (would be sharing only with one person who travels quite a bit for work and maybe one or two visits from his wife and 4 year old son) or you can take it over completely.

I've had a couple people pm asking the same question so thought I would clarify if others were also wondering

The offer to share the apartment is simply for the first three months but you would continue on after that on your own lease with the landlord. They have other arrangements for that time but thought it might help someone out if they are just arriving or need a bit of help if they have to do the double rent thing to move out of their current place but have to deal with the set months they are allowed to move out.
