We are looking for someone to take over the lease of our apartment in Schlieren middle of January 2012.

It is a 2-room appartment in Schlieren (8 minutes from Zurich with s-bahn every 15 min).
It is on the last floor (3rd floor).
Rent is 1123CHF, incl. Nebenkosten, based on "Referenzinsatz" of 2.75%. As the Referenzinsatz has changed to 2,5% on the 1st of December 2011 you will be able to ask for a reduction of the current rent.

Very central - 5 minutes away from a shopping center (Coop, Denner, Otto, InterDiscount, pharmacy dress/shoes-shops) and 7-8 minutes from the train station (there is another shopping center near the train station - Migros, pharmacy, C&A etc).
It is also about 5 minutes away from the forest (very nice for jogging and walks).
