Large, glass covered balcony (sliding glass front), suitable for eating in winter. 3rd floor, Elevator. Parking lot not rented, but available by demand.

All furniture less then 1-3 years old. You can take whatever you want.
Dishes, Pots and Pan, whatever you want!

Rent is somewhere 1250.-/month. A rather large deposit needs to be paid to a housing foundation, but they pay good interest rate.

First viewer want it, so to 90% gone - application still will be accepted but most likely without a chance as I feel she will take it.

Rent is now down (by the agency, lower mortgages rate) to 1099.- all inclusive
the deposit could be paid trough your BVG money, so not from your paycheck.
