It's a block down from Helvetiaplatz and 10-12 min walk to Bahnhofstrasse.

The rental management company (Verwaltung) will be advertising it soon and the viewing time is on Saturday, 13:00.

The place is tiled floor heating. One balcony over-looking langstrasse. Has an open kitchen, own washing machine & dryer and bathroom with a bathtub. Place is roomy and bright with big windows and great noise insulation.

Sorry no pics at the moment as I'm not in Zurich. Happy to answer questions tho. Have lived there for 5 years as a single female with 2 cats.

Just to add - it's on the second floor and there's a lift. The bedrooms are out towards the back, so much quieter than you'd expect. Have stayed there looking after the cats and it's really cool to just step out of the apartment and be in the middle of one of the liveliest areas of Zurich.
