We will be moving out sometime in June 2012. Our Apartment is located in Thalwil 1500m from the Bahnhof, great views of the lake and mountains. There are 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen and lounge with real fire. There is also a double garage plus private laundry room and keller.

The current rent inc Neb is CHF 5,700 per month, not sure if this will get adjusted when we leave as we have been here for 6 1/2 years.

Any interested parties will have to go through the landlord as we will not be keeping the lease on.

Rent is quite pricey though, must have a pretty gorgeous location. What do you mean with +store?

Thanks, definitely 3 bedrooms, store is a private cage for storing bikes, skis wine rubbish whatever about 9 sqm. View is to die for.

I think posting a photo of it might increase your chances of finding a new tenant
