We have got to move pretty fast and need someone to take over our contract as of Feb 1st.
We live in Zurich Affoltern.
Our apartment is on 2 floors. Downstairs has a large open plan kitchen/dining/living area, a winter garden, W/C with shower and 2 balconies.
Upstairs has 2 large bedrooms, family bathroom with washer and dryer and another balcony.
Our rent is 2030 with 190 cost so In total 2200 chf per month. Car park is an extra 150 chf a month. Pets allowed.
We live a 2 min walk from a spar/migro and coop. A migro gas station is just next door and open Sundays.
The lake Katzensee is right behind us which we lived at last summer!
It's a great family area and we have met lots of lovely friends.
We have a open viewing on Monday night at 19.00 - 20.00
