We're currently living in a 4.5 room apartment in Wollishofen. We're looking for something relatively new(ish), that is more open (combined dining/living room would be great) in either Thalwil or Kilchberg. Possibly even Rueschlikon or Adliswil, if the location is Adliswil is a quick bus ride to the Thalwil train station. If you live in one or know of someone, and you/they are moving out anytime from May - August, please send me the info/pictures. We also have a small dog so pets need to be allowed. I am home all day and he does not bark - I can literally guarantee in writing, that if anyone hears him bark I can pay a fine. He doesn't know how! ha!.

We've moving out of our 4.5 room flat in Thalwil. It doesnt have an open kitchen though. Its a 5 minute walk to the Thalwil train station, and there are 10 trains an hour into Zurich. PM me if you'd like more details.

In Gruet Park, Adliswil, there are some apartments for rent. The building is about 2 years old.

Our apartment in Wollishofen is right by the Morgental tram stop. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, 2 balconies, basement and attic storage. Nice apartment, but with a dog and soon a baby I'm looking for a first floor apartment (picky, huh?) Rent is 2525 per month, everything is nice, clean, renovated. We haven't put our notice in to move yet, because I really only want to go through the hassle of moving if I can find something perfect, and not much more expensive than what I have now.

I'm looking for something in either Thalwil or Kilchberg that is first floor (or has a lift and you are allowed to leave your stroller at the bottom entry) open floor plan, and small dog allowed.
