We're looking for someone to take over the lease of our nice three room apartment in Nordstrasse 98 in Zürich, kreis 10, from the first of March this year.

The apartment is 74sqm, with a living room, bed room, kitchen, separate bath and WC, and guest room/office, fourth floor (no elevator). Washing machine/dry tumbler/drying room is in the basement, storage rooms in basement and on the attic.

The rent is 2'110 per month (incl. Nebenkosten), this will be lowered to 2'060 from first of April due to low interest rates.
