*CONVENIENT LOCATION! The apartment is 2-3 minutes' walk from the Waldgarten tram and bus stop, where you can catch trams 7 and 9. Tram 7 will get you to Central and Zurich HB in under 15 minutes, while Tram 9 will get you to ETH/Universitaetspital in about 15 minutes. Three minutes on either 7 or 9 will take you to Schwamendingerplatz, where there is a good Co-op with a small health food store attached, a Migros, post office, etc.
*Apartment is also a few minutes' walk from the Zurichberg forest, which has extensive trails for walking/running/biking, and a Vita Parcours.
*A ten minute walk to the community pool, ice rink, and soccer fields. A five minute walk to the local DVD rental joint.
*Apartment is unfurnished, but we have furniture for sale at a reasonable price if interested. The items are from Ikea, one year old, and in good condition: office table and chairs, bed, bedside table, dining room table with four chairs, couch, coffee table, desk lamps, book shelf, and more. We also have some small appliances (toaster, vacuum), dishes, and other odds and ends available.
