Hi All,
A newly painted, 2.5 Zimmer apartment in 2nd floor is available for rent from 1st February (Looking for a tenant ASAP).
Rent - 1490 CHF / Month (including Nabenkosten)
Deposite - 3000 CHF
5 mins walk from Bahnof Oerlikon train station and 2 mins walk from tram stop for 10, 11 and 781 bus stop.
Apartment is available for viewing from 15.01.2012.
