I am looking for a nachmieter to take over my apartment as of the 1st February. It is a 3.5 room located on the 3rd floor at Franklinstrasse, 8050 Zurich (Oerlikon). Oerlikon station is a 5 min walk away from the property (4 mins train to airport, 6 mins to ZHHB) and it is also close to trams 10, 11 and 14.

The apartment was newly rennovated in 2011 with a new kitchen, bathroom and oak wood floors throughout. I have lived in it for just under a year, but am moving to a 5.5 room now as my family are (finally!) joining me. I travel a lot for my job and it has been an extremely convenient place in respect to getting to and from the airport but still being close to all the amenities.

The rent is 2550CHF a month (including services) and there is also a parking space available for an additional 50CHF a month, if required.
