It has a living room (flat screen 37"), two bedrooms and a furnished bathroom with window. It's in a cozy neighborhood near the main station. (Wartstrasse, near the sport EULAC HALLE center)

Rent is 1593chf/month, possibility of garage (140).

I would like to sell the living room furnitures (IKEA, 1 year old), 1 wardrobe (1 year old) at half price. Thus precedence will be given to those willing to purchase,
