The flat is very close to Cornavin (7 mins walk or 2 by bus which stops right in front of the building).

Would you publish the address of the apartment please? Is it a 3 room apartment plus kitchen and bathroom?

How big is the apartment in square meters please, and how much is the rent and the billed extra charges, not the estimate?

What is the name of the Regie please, is it Grange? There are one or two Regie, that, to put it politely, are very lazy!

Sorry, the price wasn't! And quite importantly, how much does it cost please? Actual rent and your share of the bills for heating and extras.

actual rent is 1450 + 120 for chauffage etc...electricity is around 55chf per month, internet...it depends on the kind of abonement you want!
