We just arrived Lausanne 3 weeks ago and settled in a temporary (furnished) apartment for 3 months. Fortunately, now we found an apartment for ourselves and we now want to sublet our temporary apartment during February and March.

The apartment is 2.5 pieces (one bedroom, one living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet).

The original price for the apartment (for non-EPFL employees) is CHF 2'600.00 + 350.00. Since I work at EPFL we are currently paying CHF 1,780 + 350. Also, we are willing to negotiate on the price if that is too high for your budget. Please find some details about the apartment below. In short, you do not need any extra furniture and service to live for 2 months. If you have a car, parking space is also available for an extra fee (I believe it is for CHF 150).
